They have been in love for several years and they agreed to travel overseas together. On the day of departure, Taimu did not show up and there has been no news since. Tai Mu's wife Fu Shun (played by Lee Pearl) took him to Wuzhou to imprison him and refused to let him leave. His absence made Xilai misunderstand that he wanted to end their relationship.
